Jim Firnstahl is the President and Director of CBMC International, a global association of Christian business and professional leaders with locations in over 90 countries.

Jim began a 17 year career in international banking and capital markets in New York City with JP Morgan, Chase & Co. He then spent 8 years with Wells Fargo Corporation and while with Wells Fargo he started an en8rely new business in the area of business loan securi8zation.

Prior to his current appointment with CBMC International, Jim served as CFO and Director of Grant Road Lumber Company (family owned) in Tucson, AZ. Prior to that he was the CFO of General PaWern Company. Jim joined General PaWern when his own company, Rapid Design Technologies Corporation was acquired. Rapid Design was a company he started to develop powder metal tooling techtechnology for injection molding applications.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the University of Minnesota; an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Masters of Arts in Chris8an Thought from Bethel Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota USA. He is also a Director of the Veritas Forum at the University of Arizona. Jim and his wife Emily have one grown daughter and reside in Tucson, AZ.

As a former international banker, experienced corporate officer and consultant, Jim speaks on business financial topics, the capital markets as well as how small and large organizations can develop and execute comeback strategies.
