He started playing the violin at age eight, and became the youngest member of China’s Musicians Association in 1986.\n\n\n\nHe has performed live on several TV and radio programs and was the first Chinese musician to play solo-violin in a Hollywood movie. Shang Quan was awarded the “Special Commendation of Artistic Contribution” by the City of Los Angeles.\n\n\n\nHe currently lives in Australia, but continues to spread his music and touch the hearts of listeners around the world.\n\n\n
